CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINES

While we can never absolutely guarantee delivery by a certain date due to postal carriers being beyond our control, here is a guideline on the last day to order and receive in time for Christmas:

• Australia: Express Post December 18, Standard Post December 18

• USA: December 11

• UK: December 15

• New Zealand: December 16

• Canada: December 18

Note: these deadlines are based on dates provided to us by the respective postal carriers.

WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES?

Australia:

We offer flat rate shipping of $14.95 for standard post or $18.50 for express post.

USA:

Shipping is a flat rate of just USD $10 (AUD $13) with all duties and taxes included in the price, and a delivery time of 7-10 business days with DHL.  USA shipments are dispatched from Australia, and we have a US warehouse for easy returns.

UNITED KINGDOM:

Shipping is free, with no VAT or customs / duties applicable.

Rest of the world:

We offer live rates with DHL Express and DHL Ecommerce. Shipping is between 5-10 days.

Payment of any duties or taxes imposed by the customs department (or similar) in your country is your responsibility. Please note that for the UK / Europe we do not collect VAT, and this may be payable to customs at up to 20% of your order value, dependent on the value of your order and the country you are in.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DISPATCH?

We try our best to dispatch within 24 - 48 hours Monday to Friday. However during peak sales periods we ask that you allow up 10 10 days for dispatch due to high sales volumes.
