WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE CHARGES?

Australia:

We offer flat rate shipping of $13.50 for standard post or $17.50 for express post.

USA:

Shipping is a flat rate of just USD $10 with a delivery time of 7-10 days via DHL Ecommerce

Rest of the world:

We offer live rates with DHL Ecommerce to most locations around the world.

Payment of any duties or taxes imposed by the customs department (or similar) in your country is your responsibility. Please note that for the UK / Europe we do not collect VAT, and this may be payable to customs at up to 15% of your order value, dependent on the value of your order and the country you are in.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DISPATCH?

We try our best to dispatch within 24 - 48 hours Monday to Friday. However during peak sales periods we ask that you allow up 10 10 days for dispatch due to high sales volumes.
